    Customer Service Engineer II

    Worldwide TechServices has an immediate opening for a technologically-savvy, customer-oriented professional to work in a field environment as a Customer Service Engineer (CSE). Worldwide TechServices CSEs are responsible for the installation, problem diagnosis and repair of a wide range of information technology hardware, including: personal computing systems, servers, printers, satellite systems and other related peripherals. This is an intermediate level position that works under general direction of a manager or lead CSE.

    Requirements

    - Problem solver in difficult situations

    - Ensures compliance with company technical and quality standards/procedures as well as the highest degree of customer satisfaction.

    - Must be able to climb a ladder to repair and maintain Satellite equipment

    - Installs, tests and configures desktop products including networked environments

    - Excellent computer knowledge (3+ years of experience preferred)

    - Able to work independently

    - A+ certification or technical school certification

    Technical and Product Knowledge

    - PCs (Desktop and Mobile platforms)

    - Printers (Dell, IBM, HP, Lexmark, Canon)

    - Servers

    - Point of Sale (POS) systems

    - Satellite (VSAT)- a plus...
