Crystal Reports Developer (South Central Austin)

Our educational software company is looking for a Crystal Reports developer to join our team. We are looking for a highly motivated, goal-oriented individual who will be responsible for development of new reports as needed and maintaining current library of reports.
Responsibilities:
• Work with database team to generate and update datasets for reporting
• Must be proficient in MS/SQL, SQLite, stored procedures
• Must be proficient in the generation and use of XML
• Must be able to modify existing CR library of reports in a timely manner
• Must be able to generate new reports with the same look and feel as existing reports in a timely manner
• Work well with management team to understand report requirements and customer needs
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Able to work in a team-focused, fast-paced environment
• Effective multi-tasking/organizational skills
• Must be able to work autonomously as well as with a team
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, good customer interaction skills are a must
