    Temporary Contract Term: 90 days minimum/ Full-time /Hours will be discussed/ Flexible schedule
    Start Date: ASAP, Training until March 1, 2010 (w/ pro-rated pay)

    Wages: Up to $3,000 per month (depending on experience) + bonuses

    Job Description

    I. Administrative: Provide a high-level of administrative support by conducting research, collecting and reviewing applications (phone, web-based or in-person), preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, arranging and organizing files, and scheduling meetings. May also supervise customer-based transactions and deals that handle up to $15,000 and be responsible for safe transportation of vehicles to and from local locations and in Central Texas.

    II. Bookkeeping & Accounting: Compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep financial records complete. Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records. May also check accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions and be responsible for banking and deposits.

    III. Customer Service: Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products, services and to handle and resolve complaints.

    IV. Marketing & Advertising: Interact with advertising entities (online, magazines and newspaper) and place strategic ads for the company. Coordinate with local businesses in the same area of expertise to stimulate clientele. Update website with current information, data, and photos.

    V. General Assisting: Various tasks, designated from Management that may seem simple, but are vital to the production of the company.

    Skills: Active listening, reading comprehension, active learning, critical thinking, problem solving sound judgment and assessment, time management, service orientation, social skills, mathematics, computer skills (Mac/PC & general Microsoft programs), sense of urgency, organized, efficient, capable of following direction and executing instructions, quick learner

    Abilities: Clarity of speech, deductive reasoning, problem sensitivity, oral comprehension and expression, written comprehension and expression, information ordering, critical and creative thinking.

    Knowledge: Accounting, finance or math, marketing, advertisement, business management, human resources, computer comprehension
