Web Designer
As our Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing creative communications tools that effectively get our messages to be top-of-mind for prospective customers and cause them to take action. We communicate via online and offline media including direct mail, online advertising, email marketing, web creative, interactive rich media, and even video all which needs to communicate cleanly and effectively. You ll need to be a strong project manager and highly productive, as our business is growing quickly and deadlines are often very tight.

We use Internet marketing to turn consumer interest in insurance products into business growth for many of the largest insurance carriers (and their agents) in the world. Responsibilities:
Creation of graphics to be used in online and offline advertising and marketing communications, from sketch to prototype to design mock-up and through final production.
Creating web graphics that can work in a dynamic site framework and content management system.
Creating effective templates for email marketing communications.
Designing rich interactive media to be deployed using Flash or other technologies.
Creating and maintaining brand identity for All Web Leads and our network of consumer insurance sites.
Document and maintain design standards for all brands including color palettes, logos and usage.
Work with the entire Marketing team to support company initiatives.
Requirements:
3-5 Years working in web design.
Expert proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other web design tools.
High proficiency with HTML and CSS required.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates a keen eye for web design, branding, iconography and problem solving through design.
An unhealthy obsession with design performance and conversion across all graphic materials.
Track record of designing ads, email messages and landing pages that work.
An understanding of the design related issues surrounding B2C and B2B communications.
Willingness to work across media including print, interactive, web, rich media, and video.
An innate understanding of human-computer interaction and user flow.
A desire to be personally responsible for maintaining the design integrity of highly dynamic and constantly evolving web properties.
A preoccupation with staying on top of web design trends and the latest techniques.
Bachelors degree or equivalent
