Insurance Service/Sales administrative assistance in employee benefit department in local insurance agency. Prepare proposals, spreadsheets and marketing materials for prospective and existing business clients. Provide ongoing administrative service and customer service to clients and partners in agency.
Expertise in Excel, Word, Powerpoint are required as well as positive and energetic phone skills. Must love and want to work with many different people to provide superior service. Knowledge in medical insurance is required. Gorup I license a plus! Organizational and planning skills, reliability and positive attitudes are a must for this fun opportunity in a growing office. Candidate must be able to work 4-5 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Some travel to San Antonio possible as needed.
