Great Opportunity for the right person. We are a boutique Real Estate Office in South Central Austin specializing in Sales, Leasing, and Property Management. We are searching for an Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; reception position at front desk and answering phones, collecting and receipting rents, filing, faxing, posting inventory on websites, tracking open service work orders with vendors, full assistance to Brokers and support to Office Manager. Full knowledge of Windows Office Suite.
YOU WILL BE THE FIRST CONTACT to our Owners, Tenants and Prospects. Contemporary and fast-paced office setting with fun and interesting associates to work with. You must be able to problem solve and think on your feet, and laugh at yourself every once in awhile as well. This truly is an excellent position in a great company… are YOU the right person we are looking for? Please provide a comprehensive resume and salary requirements; we believe this position to be in the $13.50 per hour range, plus or minus. Paid Holidays, we do not offer medical coverage at this time. A TREC real estate license is a plus. Must have reliable transportation, start within two weeks. NON-SMOKING OFFICE.
