    Job Description:
    Temp to Hire
    $14.00/hour

    Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for property ,anagement office located downtown. We need a high-energy people person to manage the front desk, answering phones and greeting clients. Duties will also include invoicing tenants for extra services, filing, word processing including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint; must be detail oriented and have strong customer service skills; will also put together a newsletter for the building once a month via email so some marketing and desktop publishing a plus.

    Recent graduate with 1-2 years experience is perfect! Professional appearance and demeanor is required. Temp to hire with Feb 22 start date. Parking provided and benefits when hired. $14.00 - 15.00 PH

    Qualifications:
    --Bachelor's degree
    --Two years of experience in a professional
