    Lead or Director level experience working with both engineering and Technical Account Management to build a level 3 support team and the strategic support infrastructure. This position requires demonstrable, hands-on technical skills, specifically Linux administration and network protocols (HTTP, SNMP, NFS, etc.). Must be a self-starter, have strong communication skills written and verbal as well as excellent client-facing skills and be able to work from home. Must immediately contribute to support existing customers, develop a deep knowledge of the product line, and build and lead a team of skilled level 3 support engineers. Experience with managing teams by metrics, the storage industry, and startup environments. This position will report to the President of the company.
